摘要
目的:观察熄风振颓煎对缺血性中风患者二级预防的效果。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。2组均采用中风的西医二级预防治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予熄风振颓煎口服,1剂/d。2组均治疗24周。结果:神经功能缺损积分、生活能力评分、复发率治疗组与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:熄风振颓煎对缺血性中风恢复期患者二级预防具有良好效果。
Objective： To observe the influence of XiFeng ZhenTuo＇ian in secondary prevention of ischemicstroke. Method： Sixty patients were allocated into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups were given with secondary prevention therapy of stroke in western medicine; the treatment group took XiFeng ZhenTuijian, one dose each day. Both groups were treated for 24 weeks. Result： Comparison between both groups had significant difference in neurologic function impairment scale, living ability scale, relapse rate （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： XiFeng ZhenTuijian has better effects in secondary prevention of ischemic stroke patients at rehabilitation stage.
