通闭益气活血汤治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on TongBi YiQi HuoXueTang in the Treatment for Thromboangiitis Obliterans

目的:观察通闭益气活血汤治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎(TAO)的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。2组患者均采用注射用己酮可可碱,200 mg/d(首次100 mg)加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL静脉滴注,3小时输毕。对照组给予复方丹参片,3片/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组给予通闭益气活血汤,100 mL/次,3次/d,口服。2组均以治疗15天为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治愈率治疗组为30.00%,对照组20.00%。总有效率治疗组为86.67%,对照组为66.67%。2组治愈率和总有效率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。全血黏度、血浆黏度和红细胞聚集及变形指数2组治疗后较治疗前有降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低幅度较对照组明显(P<0.05)。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论:通闭益气活血汤治疗TAO临床疗效显著,不良反应小。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of TongBi YiQi HuoXueTang in treating thromboangiitis obliterans （TAO）. Method： Sixty patients were allocated into the treatment group and the control group equally. Both groups received intravenous dripping of pentoxifylline for injection, 200 mg/d （100mg first） and 0.9% sodium chlo- ride injection and finished in three hours. The control group took compound DanShen tablets orally, three tablets each time, three times each day. The treatment group took TongBi YiQi HuoXueTang orally, 100ml.Jtime, three times each day. One course of treatment was 15 days. After four courses of treatment, clinical effects were observed. Result： Cure rates of the treatment group and the control group were 30.00% and 20.00%. Total effective rates of both groups were 86.67% and 66.67%. Comparisons of both groups had difference in cure rate and total effective rate and they were significant （P〈0.05）. Whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation and defor- mation index were lower after treating than before treating （P〈0.05）, and the range of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Both groups did not appear remarkable adverse reaction. Conclu- sion： TongBi YiQi HuoXueTang could gain remarkable clinical effects in treating TA 0 with minor adverse reaction.
