浅析调脊-盆-髋手法在腰椎间盘突出症中的应用

On Manipulation of Adjusting Spine-pelvis-hip Applied to Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察调脊-盆-髋手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将纳入的100例腰椎间盘突出症患者运用调脊-盆-髋手法治疗2个疗程,统一按临床疗效评定标准评判疗效。结果:优59例,占59.00%;良29例,占29.00%;可7例,占7.00%;差5例,占5.00%;总有效率95.00%。结论:调脊-盆-髋手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe curative effects of manipulation of adjusting spine-pelvis-hip in the treat- ment for lumbar disc herniation. Method： One hundred patients were given with the manipulation for two courses of treatment and clinical effects were measured according to the standard. Result： Clinical effects of 59 cases were ex- cellent and they accounted for 59.00%; 29 cases were better and took up 29.00%; seven cases were effective and 7.00%; five cases were ineffective and 5.00%; total effective rate was 95.00%. Conclusion： Manipulation of adjust- inR spine-pelvis-hiD could obtain notable effects in treating lumbar disc protrusion herniation.
