摘要
通过查阅1994年至2012年中国知网有关山豆根中毒的临床文献,总结山豆根临床应用及其毒性反应,发现山豆根在临床主要用于治疗急慢性咽炎、扁桃体炎及慢性肝炎,个别用于肿瘤术后、脱发等。常见的毒副反应主要为消化系统、神经系统及呼吸系统症状。其部分症状经停药或及时治疗可完全缓解,预后良好;一旦出现全身肌张力障碍,临床药物治疗效果不佳,预后不良。
Clinical applications and toxic reaction of ShanDouGen （radix sophorae tonkinesis） were summarized through consulting the literature about its poisoning from 1994 to 2012 in CNKI. We found that it was mainly used to treat acute and chronic pharyngitis, tonsillitis and chronic hepatitis, less used to alopecia and the tumor after surgery. Its common toxic reaction presented the symptoms of digestive system, nervous system and respiratory system. Part of symptoms could be relieved after drug withdrawal or treated timely with favorable prognosis. Once generalized dystonia occurred, the result of treatment was not good with poor prognosis.
