运用安能生物能量仪调控射击运动员赛前焦虑的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨运用安能生物能量仪调控射击运动员赛前焦虑的作用。方法:将射击运动员随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组运动员在赛前4周开始每天使用安能生物能量仪,至赛前1周时停用。利用高效液相色谱分析技术测定2组运动员在国内比赛前4周(T_1)和赛前1周(T_2)时晨尿肾上腺素和多巴胺水平,测评2组运动员运动竞赛状态焦虑量表中认知状态焦虑(S_1)、躯体状态焦虑(S_2)和状态自信心(S_3)得分。结果:对照组运动员尿肾上腺素和多巴胺排出量T_2时段较T_1时段发生显著升高,实验组运动员T_2时段较T_1时段未发生显著变化,对照组T_2时段肾上腺素和多巴胺排出量水平显著高于实验组。对照组运动竞赛状态焦虑量表中S_1、S_2和S_3得分T_2时段较T_1时段发生显著升高,实验组S_2得分T_2时段较T_1时段发生显著升高,S_1和S_3得分无明显变化;实验组T_3时段S_1和S_2得分显著高于对照组。赛前1天对照组S_1、S_2和S_3得分均显著高于实验组。结论:运用安能生物能量仪能有效改善射击运动员赛前焦虑状态。 Objectives: It is to study the effect of AIRNERGY system on pre-competition anxiety of shooters. Methods: shooters were randomly divided into control group and experiment group. The experiment group used the AIRNERGY system from the 4th week to the last week before a domestic game. By the high- performance liquid chromatography system, we analyzed the urinary catecholamine excretion ( Adrenalin and Dopamine) of the shooters. The scores of cognitive state anxiety (T1), somatic state anxiety ( S2 ) and the sate of self-confidence ( S3 ) in the 4 weeks before (T1) and 1 week before (T2) the domestic game were obtained. Results: The urinary adrenalin and dopamine excretion has a significant change for control group from T2 to T1, with nosignificant change for experiment group from T2 to T1. The urinary adrenalin and dopamine excretion of the control group is significantly higher than the experiment group. The scores of S1, S2 and S3 at T2 for control group are significantly higher than the scores at Tl, while the scores of S2 at T2 for experiment group is significantly higher than the scores at Tl, with no significant change for the scores of S1 or S3. The scores of S1 or S2 at T3 for experiment group are significantly higher than the scores of control group. The scores of S1, S2 or S3 one day before the game for the control group are significantly higher than the ones for experiment group. Conclusion: The AIRNAERGY system can effectively improve the pre-competition anxiety of shooters.
