摘要 营养与食品卫生学是高等院校预防医学专业的主干课程,是一门理论与技能结合的专业课。通过优化经典实验教学内容、穿插设计性实验和改进实验成绩考核方式等方面着手进行改革,鼓励学生以小组的形式参加高水平的课题研究和科研讨论,将现代教育思想融入于实验教学中,提高营养与食品卫生学实验教学质量,使学生掌握该课程理论知识、实验技能的同时,具备可持续的创造能力和优良的综合素质。 Nutrition and food hygiene is one of the major courses of preventive medicine,and also a professional course combining theory with practical skills in medical schools. Some reforms such as classical experiments optimizing, personal experiment designing, and performance assessment would assist improving teaching quality of this course. It is also an issue of wide concern to encourage some students to regularly attend some high level projects and research seminars. All these efforts would help the students to improve their theoretical knowledge, experimental skills, creative ability and excellent comprehensive quality.
