老年性EB病毒阳性的弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤1例 被引量：7

摘要 患者男性，75岁，发现全身多处浅表淋巴结肿大半年余。查体：颌下、锁骨上，双侧腋窝下及左腹股沟可触及数个肿大淋巴结，最大者2cm×3cm，活动度可，无发红、触痛。行左锁骨上淋巴结活检。
