摘要
目的了解辽西地区糖尿病患者的标准治疗情况,评价患者心脑血管疾病的风险,为进一步提高标准治疗率提供依据。方法以1 000例糖尿病患者为调查对象,通过调查问卷、访谈的方式,收集患者的年龄、性别、糖尿病的诊断年限、文化程度等基本资料,以及是否使用阿司匹林、血压控制、血脂管理等信息。结果入选的941例患者的年龄为(59.6±11.2)岁,病程为(9±6.7)年。研究人群中有381例患者合并高血压,约68.8%的患者长期服用降压药物治疗。在过去一年中约有2/3的患者检测过血脂,其中393例(41.8%)患者血脂异常,约有59.8%的患者接受调脂药物治疗。研究人群中有阿司匹林适应证的患者为807人(85.8%),目前应用阿司匹林的患者约占41.2%。综合评估,941例患者中有844例存在心血管危险因素(包括年龄),接受ABC标准治疗的只有25.7%。结论辽西地区的糖尿病患者标准治疗的水平与理想目标之间还有很大差距,应进一步采取措施提高标准治疗水平。
Objective To understand the standard treatment of diabetic patients in western Li- aoning province, the evaluation of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease risk, and provide a basis to further improve the standard treatment rate. Methods One thou- sand patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) for the survey through questionnaires, interviews, collecting the age, gender, life of the diagnosis of diabetes, education and other basic informa- tion, and whether the use of aspirin, blood pressure control, lipid management and other infor- mation. Results There were 941 DM patients selected, mean age (59.6 ± 11.2) years, and with a mean duration of (9.0 ±6. 7) years. Among them, 381 patients with hypertension, and about 68.8 percent had long-term use of antihypertensive medication. About two-thirds of the patients had detected lipids in the past year, of which 393 cases (41.8%) patients with dys- lipidemia, and about 59. 8% patients receiving lipid-lowering medication. Among 807 patients with aspirin indications, there were 85.8% patients took aspirin, accounting for about 41.2%. Comprehensive assessment of 941 patients, there were 844 cases of cardiovascular risk factors (including age), only 25.7% of them received ABC standard treatment. Conclusion The level of diabetic patients with standard therapy in western Liaoning province still has a big gapto the ideal goal, and should take further measures to raise the level of the standard treatment.
