脐带间充质干细胞移植治疗脑创伤后遗症35例临床疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨应用脐带间充质干细胞移植治疗脑创伤后遗症的临床疗效。方法 35例脑创伤后遗症患者被随机分入干细胞治疗组和对照组,其中干细胞治疗组每位患者接受4次腰椎穿刺干细胞移植术,并分别于移植前及移植后6个月进行功能独立性评定(Functional Independence Measure,FIM)。对照组不给予任何手术及药物干预治疗,并分别于就诊时及自然观察6个月后进行功能独立性评定(FIM)。结果干细胞治疗组患者移植后6个月的自我料理、括约肌、转移、运动、交流和社会认知功能均有明显改善(P<0.05),而对照组6个月后的各项评定均无明显改善(P>0.05)。结论脐带间充质干细胞移植可以显著改善脑创伤后遗症患者的多项神经功能,从而提高患者生活质量。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell (UCMSC) transplantation on patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) sequelae. Meth- ods Thirty-five TBI sequelae patients were recruited, whom were randomly divided into stem cell therapy group (20 cases) and control group (15 cases). Patients in stem cell therapy group received four times of stem cell transplantation through lumbar puncture, their neurologi- cal function at baseline (before transplantation) and 6 months after transplantation were meas- ured using Functional Independence Measure (FIM) and were compared. Patients in control group did not receive any surgery or drug intervention, their neurological function at baselineand 6 months later were measured using FIM, too. Results Compared to that of baseline, all the functions of self-care, sphincter control, transfer, motor, communication and social cogni- tion were significantly improved 6 months after therapy in stem cell therapy group (P 〈 0. 05 ). While in control group, there was no significant difference of all these function evaluation be- tween the baseline and 6 months later (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion significantly improve the neurological functions of TBI sequelae hence improve their life quality. UCMSCs transplantation can patients evaluated by FIM,
