摘要
水轮机叶片热喷涂技术是水轮机制造的关键技术之一。近十几年来,水轮机迅速朝着巨型化、高可靠性方向发展,热喷涂技术在降低成本,提高转轮叶片使用寿命等方面取得了良好效果。一些先进热喷涂工艺和涂层检测技术在水轮机行业中逐步得到推广应用,在水轮机叶片纳米涂层和复合涂层方面也取得新的进展。简要从工艺、材料、设备、涂层检测等几个重要的部分对热喷涂技术在水轮机叶片方面的研究现状进行介绍,并对目前水轮机叶片热喷涂存在的问题进行探讨。
The turbine blade thermal spraying technology is one of the key technologies in turbine manufacturing.For some decades now,the turbine is developing to the gigantism and high reliability direction,and the thermal spraying technology has made great progress in reducing costs and increasing the life of the runner blade.The application of some advanced thermal spraying process and coating testing technology are gradually popularized in the turbine industry.Some new progresses are also achieved in nano coating and composite coating for turbine blades. The turbine blades thermal spraying technology was introduced from the processes,materials,equipment,and coating test.The current problems in turbine blade thermal spraying were also discussed.
