摘要
分别使用固相合成和化学合成工艺制备了铈酸镧(La_2Ce_2O_7,LCO)材料,采用喷雾干燥造粒方法制备了喷涂粉末,采用等离子喷涂工艺制备了LCO/7YSZ双层结构热障涂层,系统对比研究了粉末材料及涂层的性能。分析发现,化学合成的超细LCO材料所形成的陶瓷涂层,可有效地减少涂层中横向微裂纹的生成,同时会明显提高热障涂层的弯折性能、结合强度和热震寿命。
The powders were prepared by solid phase synthesis and chemical synthesis,respectively,and the sprayed powder was prepared by the spray-dried method.Thermal barrier coating with double layer structure of La_2Ce_2O_7/7YSZ was prepared by plasma spraying,and the properties of powders and coatings were systematically studied and compared.The results indicate that the coating prepared by the powder from chemical synthesis can effectively decrease the formation of transversal cracks and improve the bending property,bonding strength and the life of thermal shock.
