四种粘结材料粘固Ti2448预成分裂根管桩时的抗剪切力比较研究

摘要 目的:通过比较4种粘结材料粘固Ti2448预成分裂根管桩时的抗剪切力,为新型Ti2448预成分裂根管桩合理选择粘结材料提供实验室依据。方法:选取新鲜拔除的下颌单根管第二前磨牙40个,分别经根管预备,热牙胶充填根管并预备桩道后,随机分为4个实验组(n=10),分别以帕娜碧亚F(可乐丽)、RelyXUnicem(3M)、Fuji PlusⅠ型玻璃离子(GC)、磷酸锌粘固剂粘桩;并分别包埋在自制模具中,然后将各试件与万能力学试验机的拉力杆相连,在加载速度1 mm/min,拉力平行于桩的长轴的条件下进行剪切粘结强度测试,并记录根管桩脱离时的最大载荷。结果:帕娜碧亚F组抗剪切力(686.75±33.58)N>RelyX Unicem组(573.30±22.15)N>Fuji PlusⅠ型组(436.50±17.81)N>磷酸锌水门汀组(309.35±13.63)N,各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用帕娜碧亚F粘固Ti2448预成分裂根管桩的抗剪切力最大。 AIM: To investigate the anti-shearing force of Ti2448 preformed alloy split root post adhered by 4 binding materials. METHODS: 40 freshly extracted mandibular second premolars with only one root canal were collected. The root canals were prepared and filled with gutta-percha. Post tracts were then prepared. The teeth were then randomly divided into 4 groups( n = 10) , and then the Ti2448 preformed alloy split root posts were adhered to the root canal wails by Panavia F Cement, RelyX Unicem, Fuji Plus Ⅰ glass inomer and zinc phosphate cement respective-ly. The specimens were embedded and connected to the tension bar of a universal mechanic experimental machine , the anti-shearing force of the specimens was measured. The loading force was parallel to the long axis of the post with a 1 mm/min velocity. The maximal loading was recorded when the post was separated from the experimental teeth. RE-SULTS: The anti-shearing forces(N) of Panavia F Cement, RelyX Unicem, Fuji Plus I glass inomer and zinc phos-phate cement groups were 686.75 ±33.58 , 573.30 ±22.15,436.50 ± 17.81 and 309.35 ± 13.63 respectively(P 〈 0.05, between every 2 groups). CONCLUSION: Panavia F Cement may produce the greatest anti-shearing force a-mong the 4 bonding materials and is therefore recommended for bonding of Ti2448 preformed alloy split root post.
