黄芩素和黄芩苷的药理作用及机制研究进展

Progress in pharmacological study and the underlying mechanism of baicalein and baicalin

黄芩在我国药用历史悠久,黄芩素和黄芩苷是黄芩发挥功效的主要活性成分。黄芩素和黄芩苷具有抗菌抗病毒、清除氧自由基、抗氧化、解热、镇痛、抗炎、抗肿瘤、保护心脑血管及神经元、保肝、预防或治疗糖尿病及其并发症等作用,本文对黄芩素和黄芩苷的药理作用及作用机制的研究进展进行综述。

Baicalein and baicalin are important components of traditional Chinese herb, Scutellariae Ra- dix. Many studies have shown that baicalein and baicalin have the activities of anti-bacteria, anti-virus, anti- tumor, anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation, protecting the liver function, dispelling heat and relieving pain, treating heart blood vessel diseases, and so on. This article reviews the developments of studies on its pharmacological ac- tion and mechanism and provides theoretical evidences for exploiting of baicalein and baicalin.
