对XZ-8耐火砖钢模芯棒的等离子喷焊工艺性能进行了研究,提出了能保证堆焊层质量、高速、高效的喷焊工艺,成功地解决了该零件的耐磨问题。

The process of plasma transferred arc surfacing for the core club of ZX-8 refractory brick mould was studied. A surfacing process which is of high speed and effectiveness and the quality is guaranteed has been given out in this paper. The abrasion of the core club could also be modified by using the process.
