急性心肌梗死的预后与早期血糖升高的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 急性心肌梗死(AMI)是冠心病最严重的表现之一。在非糖尿病患者中,发生AMI时常伴发应激性血糖升高。急性心肌梗死后血糖升高会导致患者的心肌损害进一步加重。本文回顾性分析我院收住的170例AMI患者的临床资料,将AMI后即刻血糖升高者与血糖正常者进行比较分析,探讨高血糖对AMI预后的影响。
