摘要 微小RNA(miRNAs)是一类内源性高度保守的非编码小分子RNA,通过碱基互补或部分碱基互补与目标mRNA结合,降解目标mRNA和抑制目标mRNA的翻译,在转录后水平调节基因表达。miRNA在心血管系统高度表达,与缺血性心脏病的发生、发展密切相关,可能是潜在的药物治疗靶点。该文主要对miRNA在细胞凋亡和纤维化、缺血预适应、血管生成等方面的研究进展进行综述,为探索缺血性心脏病提供新视野。 MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are tiny,endogenously expressed noncoding RNAs that regulate gene expression,mainly at the post-transcriptional level,via degradation or translational inhibition of their target mRNAs.Studies have shown that miRNAs are highly expressed in cardiovascular system.Recently,several studies have suggested that miRNAs contribute to ischemic heart disease,thus making them potential therapeutic targets.Here is to make a review on the recent research progress of miRNAs involvement in multiple aspects of ischemic heart disease including apoptosis and fibrosis,ischemic preconditioning,and angiogenesis,to provide us with new insights into ischemic cardiac diseases.
