炎症在动脉粥样硬化中的作用及分子影像学的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 心脑血管疾病严重危害人类健康,而动脉粥样硬化(AS)是其主要病理基础,其发病机制尚未完全阐明。很多证据表明它是一种慢性炎症疾病,炎症在AS斑块的形成、进展、不稳定性斑块破裂及血栓形成中起着重要作用。目前临床的一些手段无法发现早期AS,随着分子影像学的发展,可将AS形成早期阶段的某些特征性标志物作为靶点,利用分子影像学技术使其成像,从而使早期AS的检测成为可能。 Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease is a serious hazard to human health,while atherosclerosis(AS)is the main pathological mechanism,its pathogenesis is not yet fully elucidated,a lot of evidence show it is a chronic inflammatory disease.Inflammation plays an important role in the formation,progress of atherosclerosis plaques,the rupture of vulnerable plaque and thrombosis.At present,some clinical methods can not detect early AS,with the development of molecular imaging,we may take some featured markers of the early stage of AS as targets,which is imaged through molecular technology,thus make it possible for early detection of AS.
