摘要
引起胚胎停止发育的原因复杂多样,主要有感染、遗传学、内分泌、环境、物理化学因素及免疫和营养等原因。近年来研究表明胚胎停止发育在临床呈增加趋势,对胚胎停止发育的病因与机制的进一步研究和探讨十分必要,通过预防感染、产前检查等手段可以早期发现,采取干扰发病因素的方法可以减少胚胎停止发育的发生。
The causes of embryonic development termination are complex and diverse,mainly including infection,hereditary,endocrine,environment,physical and chemical factors,immunity,nutrition and so on.In recent years,the number of embryo development termination showed an increasing trend.It is necessary to study the pathogen and mechanism so that we can reduce the incidence through early detection and interference by the means of infection prevention and prenatal examination.
