siRNA在鼻咽癌基因治疗中的研究进展

摘要 鼻咽癌是我国华南、西南地区高发的恶性肿瘤之一。随着分子生物学重组DNA技术的不断进步,鼻咽癌的基因治疗得到了迅猛发展,依据肿瘤自身以及发生机制而制订的个性化治疗方案已经成为鼻咽癌治疗的热点。小分子干扰RNA(siRNA)技术已逐渐成为鼻咽癌等头颈肿瘤的重要研究方向。现就siRNA及其干扰技术在鼻咽癌基因治疗中的研究进展予以综述。 Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is one of the malignant tumors with high incidence in south and southwest China.Along with the development of the recombinant DNA technology,the gene therapy of tumor got rapid development.Personalized treatment for cancer according to the tumor and onset mechanism has become a hot spot.Short interference RNA technology has gradually become the important direction of research in head and neck cancer such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Here is to make a review on the research progress of siRNA and its interference technology in the gene treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
