摘要 随着影像技术和脑立体定向技术的发展,精神外科的安全性有了极大提高,并发症明显减少,越来越多的药物难以控制的精神病患者,开始考虑通过手术来达到治疗的目的。由于精神疾病发病机制比较复杂且涉及众多微解剖结构,使得手术靶点的选择尤为重要,不同靶点的选择会得到不同的手术效果。此外,立体定向的手术方式也很多,根据个体化选择适宜的手术方式才能取得较好的手术效果。 With the development of imaging technologies and brain stereotactic techniques,the security of psychosurgery has been greatly improved,and the complications are significantly reduced,more and more psychosis patients which are difficult to control by drugs began to consider surgery for treatment.Since mental disease pathogenesis is very complex and many micro anatomical structures are invovled,the selection of operation target is particularly important,different target choices will have different effects.In addition,there are may stereotactic operation methods,better effect can be achieved through selection of appropriate approach according to the individual situation.
