羊水过少的病因学研究

The Study of Oligohydramnios Etiology

羊水过少是妊娠特有的疾病,严重影响围生儿预后、增加妊娠并发症和剖宫产率。现尚未发现有效的治疗方法,很多学者希望通过找到引起羊水过少的关键病因达到有效治愈的目的。目前对于其病因学的研究主要集中于孕妇、胎儿及其附属物(胎盘、胎膜、脐带)三者的生理和病理变化与羊水量间的关系。特殊药物作用于这三者亦可改变羊水量。

Oligohydramnios is a pregnancy-specific disease,and it could cause a series of events,affect the prognosis of fetus or increase the complication of pregnancy or increase the probability of cesarean section.Up till now effective remedy has not been found,and many scholars expect to obtain the method of cure through finding key origin of oligohydramnios.Currently scholars mostly study the relation of amniotic fluid and physiological and pathological changes ofmatrix,fetus,and attachments（placenta,fetal membrance and umbilical cord）.Some special medicine could affect amniotic fluid′balance through acting on the three.
