摘要 2型糖尿病患者血糖升高可导致血管病变,影响心肌供血,对心血管系统有较大的影响,而心肌缺血又可导致心肌细胞的除极复极过程延迟,加重心肌细胞复极的不稳定性,易诱发心脏危险事件的发生。T波峰末间期反映心肌细胞复极在空间上不协调性的程度,其值延长表示心室易发生折返激动。当心肌缺血时,T波峰末间期延长,可导致心律失常事件的发生。 The research shows that in patients with type 2 diabetes hyperglycemia can lead to vascular lesions,which affects myocardial blood supply,influencing the cardiovascular system,while myocardial ischemia will result in myocardial cell depolarization and repolarization process delay,and aggravation of myocardial cell repolarization instability,which is prone to induce cardiac risk events.Tpeak-Tend interval reflects the degree of spatial incompatiblity of myocardial cell repolarization,the extended value of which indicates easier ventricular reentry.During myocardial ischemia,Tpeak-Tend interval is extended,which can lead to arrhythmia events.
