摘要
越南少数民族双语教育在政府高度关注、群众积极参与的背景下稳步发展。进入21世纪,少数民族双语教育呈现出践行语言多元化战略、重视双语教育地位、多种双语教育模式并存、课程设置合理化、全方位培养双语师资、营造良好双语环境的特点。越南少数民族双语教育在办学规模和办学质量取得显著成效之余,仍存在师资队伍建设、教材编撰开发、试点教学推广方面的问题亟待解决。
Bilingual education for ethnic minorities in Vietnam has developed steadily due to the close attention of the government and active participation of the mass. In the 21 st century, bilingual education was characterized by carrying out strategy of language diversity, highlighting the position of bilingual education, adopting various models of bilingual education, designing appropriate curriculum, training bilingual teachers and creating bilingual environment. Though great achievements have been made in bilingual education in Vietnam in terms of school running scale and quality, still there are problems in development of teaching body, development of teaching materials and promotion of experimental teaching.
