远程开放教育非教学支持服务体系探讨

Service System of Non-teaching Support of Open and Distance Education

当前,远程开放教育对非教学支持服务还重视不足,研究也相对缺乏,而非教学支持服务体系的构建对于远程开放教育克服"教与学分离"的不足,完善教学服务,促进学员的学业完成有重要意义。远程开放教育非教学支持服务必须成为一个体系,一是学校对学员的非教学支持服务,二是学校给予教师或辅导员的非教学支持服务,三是教师和辅导员对于学员的非教学支持服务。在远程开放教育理念指导下,三个方面协同作用,才能真正建立一个非教学支持服务体系。

Currently,the non-teaching supporting service in distance and open education has not been paid much attention and its relevant study is lacking.However,to construct such a non-teaching supporting system is of great importance to overcome the ＂separation of teaching and learning＂,prefecting teaching service and enhancing students＇ study.Therefore,the non-teaching service should be a system which includes the service from school to students,from school to teachers,from teachers to students.Under the guidance of distance and open education theory,the above three aspects should be integrated,thus,a true non-teaching supporting system can be set up.
