小肠移植后慢性排斥反应的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 小肠移植是目前治疗不可逆性肠功能衰竭的重要手段。近年来由于移植技术不断进步，对术后感染的有效控制，以及新型免疫抑制剂的临床应用，小肠移植的预后不断改善。文献报道，全球最大的小肠移植中心美国匹兹堡大学，其移植物和受者的1年存活率分别达到92％和89％，
