姜黄素对大鼠胸主动脉瘤JNK信号通路的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨姜黄素对大鼠胸主动脉瘤形成过程中JNK信号的影响。方法:成年雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、动脉瘤组和姜黄素治疗组。采用氯化钙(CaCl2)诱导法制备胸主动脉瘤模型,术后4周取材。H-E染色及地衣红染色观察胸主动脉组织学改变;免疫组织化学检测动脉瘤壁p-JNK和p-c-Jun的表达。结果:姜黄素可明显抑制胸主动脉的扩张。与对照组比较,动脉瘤组p-JNK和p-c-Jun表达水平明显升高,而姜黄素能有效抑制动脉瘤中JNK和cJun的磷酸化。结论:姜黄素抑制胸主动脉瘤的发展有可能与其抑制JNK信号相关。 Objective: To investigate the effect of curcumin on the JNK signal pathway during rat thoracic aortic aneurysm for Results: Curcumin can inhibit the expansion of the thoracic aorta. Compared with the control group, the expression of p-JNK and p-c-Jun was higher in the aneurysm group, and curcumin effectively inhibited the phosphorylation of JNK and c-Jun. Conclusion: Curcumin inhibited the development of thoracic aortic aneurysms, which may be related to the inhibition of JNK signaling.
