儿童下呼吸道肺炎克雷白杆菌感染临床及药敏分析 被引量：4

摘要 急性下呼吸道感染是儿童最常见的疾病也是儿科最主要的住院病种。了解肺炎克雷白杆菌（Klebsialla pneumonia,KPN）在下呼吸道感染中的状况及年龄分布,有助于临床合理选择抗生素,进一步制定全面的治疗计划 1临床资料 调查2010年1月至2011年12月间住院的下呼吸道感染患儿。
