深吸气量的意义及其在慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估中的价值被引量：6

摘要慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）是一组慢性进行性的呼吸系统疾病，以不完全可逆性气流受限为特征。CPD全球创议（GOLD）标准强调了肺功能检查对COPD的诊断价值，其中第1秒用力呼气容彬用力肺活量（FEV。／FVC）和FEV，占预计值的百分比分别作为判断气流阻塞存在和阻塞程度的指标，但有研究结果显示：患者的呼吸困难程度、运动能力与这两个参数的相关性较差，与肺容积参数——深吸气量（inspiratorycapacity，IC）反而有较好的一致性，
