2002～2011年国内外口腔医学论文研究热点对比分析

The contrastive analysis of research focuses of stomatology at home and abroad based on the papers published from 2002-2011

目的:探讨国内外口腔医学论文研究的热点分布,分析国内外口腔医学研究热点的异同。方法:选取近10年国内具有代表性的口腔医学类核心期刊论文12 628篇和国外影响因子位于前列的SCI口腔医学杂志论文6 275篇,进行软件计量分析并对比。结果:国内论文中出现频次高于70次的关键词共50个,国外论文中出现频次高于75次的关键词共50个,通过高频关键词聚类分析分别得到树状图,总结得出了国内7个研究热点和国外6个研究热点。国内外在牙周病特别是牙周炎相关研究,牙本质、下颌骨等相关组织结构研究,种植、修复及其材料研究等热点上具有一致性。差异性体现在国内研究热点多为临床疗效、组织病理和免疫组织化学研究等方面,而国外学者们的研究热点有相当比重集中在口腔材料和口腔疾病预防等方面。结论:国内外口腔医学研究热点存在一致性和差异性,国内学者可在口腔材料和口腔疾病预防等方面给予更多关注。

Objective： To analyze the research focus of stomatology and to contrast the similarities and differences between the data at home and from abroad. Methods： 12 628 articles of the core periodicals of stomatology in China and 6 275 articles of stomatology jour- nals with high SCI impact factor from abroad published in the past 10 years were selected. Co-occurrence analysis and content analysis were conducted by using the software. Results： There were 50 keywords＇ frequency of occurences higher than 70 times in domestic arti- cles and 50 keywords＇ frequency of occurences higher than 75 times in foreign articles. 7 domestic research focuses and 6 foreign re- search focuses were concluded by analyzing the keywords. The consistence of stomatology research focus at home and abroad was mainly concentrated on periodontal diseases, dentin, mandible, dental materials and so on. Clinical treatment efficacy, histopathological and im- munohistochemical studies were domestic research focus, while dental material and dental disease prevention were foreign research fo- cus. Conclusion： There are common and different interests in the research of stomatology between Chinese and foreign professionals. Chinese researchers may pay more attention on dental material and prevention of dental diseases.
