Conservative treatments of lumbar disc herniation in communities

目的 探讨在社区非手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法 对 60例腰椎间盘突出症患者在社区中行卧床休息、牵引、手法及功能锻炼治疗。结果 经 4～ 48个月的随访观察 ,优良率为93 4%。结论 腰椎间盘突出症在社区中行非手术治疗 ,效果优良。

Objective To investigate the results of conservative treatments of lumbar disc herniation in communities. Methods\ 60 patients were treated by following methods:bed rest, pelvic traction, Chinese medical massotherapy and functional training in family. Results\ The good and excellent rate was found to be 93 4% after 4～48 month of follow up. Conclusion Lumbar disc herniation in communities can be cured by conservative treatment with good results.
