摘要
目的:观察麦冬注射液对实验性肺缺血-再灌注损伤模型的影响,探讨麦冬注射液对肺缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用及相关机制。方法:除假手术组外,其余各组建立大鼠左肺缺血-再灌注损伤模型,术前给药干预1周,实验末测定肺组织湿干重比(W/D)及肺泡损伤数(IAR),检测大鼠血浆中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:模型组大鼠肺组织W/D和肺组织IAR值与假手术组比较明显增加,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。模型组大鼠血浆TNF-α、MDA含量与假手术组比较明显增加,具有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。模型组大鼠血浆SOD活力与假手术组比较明显降低,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。给予麦冬注射液干预后,肺组织W/D和IAR值与模型组比较明显降低,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。麦冬注射液组大鼠血浆TNF-α、MDA含量与模型组比较明显降低,具有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。麦冬注射液组大鼠血浆SOD活力与模型组比较明显升高,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:麦冬注射液能够降低实验性肺缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠肺组织W/D和IAR值以及血浆TNF-α、MDA含量,提高SOD活性,对肺缺血-再灌注大鼠的肺损伤具有一定保护作用。
Objective,: To observe the influence of Ophiopogon Injection on experimental hmg ischemia- reperfusion injury model, and investigate the protective effect of Ophiopogon Injection on lung ischemia- reperfusion injury and related mechanisms. Methods : In addition to the sham operation group, rats of other groups were establish'ed the left lung isehemia-reperfusion injury model. Premedieation intervention wax a week. At the end of the experiment, wet weight to dry weight ratio of lung ( W/D ) and the number of alveolar damage ( IAI~ ) were detected. In rats plasma, contents of tumor necrosis factor- ot ( TNF- a ), superoxide dismutase ( SOD ), and malondialdehyde ( MDA ) were detected. Results The W/D and the IAR value of the lung tissue of model rats were increased significantly and had a significant difference compared with the sham operation group ( P〈0.05 ). The contents of TNF-a and MDA in the model group were increased significantly, and had significant differences compared with the sham operation group (P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ). The SOD activity in the model group was significantly lower, and compared with the sham operation group there was a significant difference (P〈O.01). After given Ophiopogon Injection, the W/D and IAR values of lung tissue were significantly reduced compared with the model group, showing significant difl'erences ( P〈0.05 ) . The TNF- a and MDA contents in Ophiopogon Injection group were significantly lower compared with the model group, showing a significant difference ( P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ). The SOD activity in Ophiopogon Injection group was significantly increased compared with the model group, with significant differences ( P〈0.01 ) . Conclusion : Ophiopogon Injection has a protective role on reducing the W/D and IAR values as well as TNF-a and MDA contents and increasing SOD activity of experimental lung ischemia-reperfusion in iury rats.
