HPLC法测定香砂养胃丸中α-香附酮含量

Determination of α-Cyperone in Xiangsha Yangwei Pills by HPLC

目的:采用高效液相色谱法,建立测定香砂养胃丸中α-香附酮含量的方法。方法:色谱条件:依利特C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇:水=75:25;流速:1 mL.min-1;柱温:30℃;检测波长:254 nm。结果:α-香附酮在进样量1.345～30.935μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2=0.9997,平均回收率(n=6)为100.6%,RSD为1.67%。结论:本法准确可靠,重现性好,可用于测定香砂养胃丸的α-香附酮的含量。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of a-cyperorle in Xiangsha Yangwei pills. Methods ： The chromatographic separation was performed on Elite Cls column （ 4.6 mmx 200 ram, 5 μ m ）, mobile phase was MeOH ： H20=75 ： 25. The flow rate was 1 mL rain-I at 30 qC, and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. Result： The results showed that the linearity for ct -cyperone was in a range of 1.345-30.935 Ix g ~ mL-l （ R2=0.9997, n=6 ）, and the average recovery and RSD were 100.6% and 1.67%. Conclusion ： The method is accurate, reliable and reproducible, and could be used as a quality control method for a -cyperone in Xiangsha Yangwei pills.
