Design and Evaluation Methods of Complex Interventions

简单介绍复杂干预的常用设计:阶梯试验设计、病人偏好试验设计、N-of-1试验设计和整群随机试验设计,介绍复杂干预混合效应和多水平评价的整群特异模型(CS模型)与总体平均模型(PA模型),期待复杂干预在临床试验研究中能得到重视及广泛应用。

The paper is to introduce the common design of complex interventions： stepped wedge trial design, patient preferences trials design, N-of-1 trial design and cluster randomized trial design; and to introduce the cluster-specific model （ CS model ） and the population-averaged model （ PA model ） to assess the mixed effects or multi-level effects of complex interventions. We hope that complex interventions would be taken seriously and used in the clinical trials in the future.
