摘要
老年性失眠症是老年人常见疾病,近年来在药物治疗和非药物治疗上都有很大的进展,其中特别是传统运动疗法,如太极拳等,表明对失眠症有很好的改善作用,值得总结梳理以更好地为下一步研究服务。
Senile insomnia is a common disease for the old. In recent years medication treatments and non-medication treatments, especially the exercise therapy, such as Tai Chi, has made great progress. Many researches have demonstrated that Tai Chi is a useful way to improve the effects for insomnia's therapy, so it is worth summarizing the mechanisms of Tai Chi in order to make a foundation for the next research.
