摘要
目的:对银杏叶提取物治疗糖尿病肾病的文献进行Meta分析,系统评价银杏叶提取物与其它方案治疗糖尿病肾病疗效的差异。方法:检索维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数字化期刊库、中国学术文献总库(CNKI)2002年1月—2012年5月10年来银杏叶提取物治疗糖尿病肾病的随机对照试验,根据纳入与排除标准筛选文献,评价文献质量,提取资料,应用Review Manager 5.1软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果:对纳入10篇文献进行分析,Meta分析结果显示银杏叶提取物与对照组相比在疗效方面有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:银杏叶提取物对于糖尿病肾病疗效确切,但尚需更多高质量临床随机对照研究进一步证实。
Objective： A Meta-analysis of articles on Ginkgo biloba extract in treating diabetic nephropathy was carried on to systematically evaluate the differences in effectiveness between Ginkgobiloba extract and other plans in treating diabetic nephropathy. Methods ： The randomized controlled trials of Ginkgo biloba extract in treating diabetic nephropathy were collected by searching from VIP, Wanfang, CNKI （ 2002.1-2012.5 ）. The retrieved articles were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The quality of the included studies was evaluated, collecting the data and carrying the Meta-analysis through Review Manager 5.1. Results ： 10 articles were finally included. The result of Meta-analysis showed there was significant difference ifl efficacy between the experimental group （ Ginkgo biloba extract ） and control group （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Ginkgo biloba extract has significant effectiveness on treating diabetic nephropathy, but it still needs further evidence with more high-quality clinical randomized controlled trials.
