摘要
李东垣为金元四大家之一,创造性提出了"内伤脾胃,百病由生"观点,他不仅擅长内科杂病的治疗,对外科亦有精深造诣,文章从李东垣的著作中归纳总结其治疗疮疡的特色,探索其处方用药的规律。
LI Dongyuan is one of the Four Great Physicians in Jin and Yuan Dynasties, who had put forward the creative theory of impairment of spleen and stomach causing hundreds of diseases. LI was good at treating both medical disease and surgical disease. In this essay, the author summarized LI＇s diagnosis and treatment of surgical disease, especially of sore and ulcer, and researched his prescription laws.
