丹红注射液对急性脑梗死患者纤维蛋白原的影响

Effect of Danhong Injection on Fibrinogen of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察丹红注射液对急性脑梗死患者纤维蛋白原影响。方法:临床选取急性脑梗死患者,随机分为治疗组(64例)和对照组(57例)。治疗组给予丹红注射液,对照组给予脉络宁注射液,两组患者均于治疗前后分别检测纤维蛋白原的指标变化,与对照组比较。结果:治疗前两组受检者的纤维蛋白原均无显著性意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组纤维蛋白原明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液能降低急性脑梗死患者纤维蛋白原水平。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of Danhong Injection on fibrinogen of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods ： The patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups ： the treatment（64 cases） and control group（57 cases）. The treatment group was treated with Danhong Injection, and the control group with Mailuoning Injection. The changes of fibrinogen were detected before and after the treatment in two groups. Results ： There was significant defference on fibrinogen between the two groups after the treatment. Conclusion ： Danhong Injection can significantly reduce the level of fibrinogen in the patients with acute cerebral infarction.
