中药穴位贴敷治疗原发性痛经临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Acupoint Application of Primary Dysmenorrhea

目的:观察中药穴位贴敷治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:2005—2010年门诊就诊的原发性痛经病人100例,50例采用中药贴敷于气海、关元、神阙三个穴位,50例病人不用中药,只在相应穴位处贴敷。结果:2个疗程后,中药穴位贴敷治疗痛经有效率98%,不用中药贴敷治痛经有效率32%。结论:中药穴位贴敷治疗原发性痛经疗效确切,安全可靠。

Objective ： Observation on clinical efficacy of acupoint application on treating primary dysmenorrhea was carried on. Methods： 100 cases in outpatiehts from 2005 to 2010 were selected. 50 cases were treated with Chinese medicine and application at Guanyuan, Qihai and Shenque, and the other 50 patients were treated with acupoint application only. Results： After 2 months, acupoint application treatment of dysmenorrhea had an efficiency of 98%, without the external application the efficiency was 32%. Conclusion ： Acupoint application of Chinese herb in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea has exact curative effect, with safety and reliability.
