探讨提高小儿静脉留置针穿刺的成功率

Ways of Improving the Success Rate of Pediatric Indwelling Needle in Vein

目的:探讨小儿静脉留置针穿刺成功的影响因素、静脉留置针穿刺的技巧及护理体会。方法:通过对本院2010年1月—2010年12月1000余例使用静脉留置针的患儿穿刺、置管要点、肢体固定等方法进行回顾性分析。结论:总结了提高小儿静脉留置针穿刺成功的几点体会,减轻了儿科护理人员的心里压力,提高了工作效率。

Objective： To explore interfering factor, key point and nurse understanding in pediatric indwelling needle in vein. Method：The retrospective analysis in 1000 indwelling needle in vein cases from January to November in 2010 in our hospital was carried out to observe puncture position, main point to place needle, limbs and trunk fastening. Conclusion： It summarized several understanding in how to improving indwelling needle in vein of children.It can ease mental pressure of pediatric nursing personnels and improve work efficiency.
