Discussion ZHOU Zhongying and Another Three Physicians Experience of Treating Chronic Cough

目的:探讨外感迁延性久咳的治疗经验并说明其治则与治法。方法:整理分析周仲瑛、高体三、刘志明、焦树德四位现代名老中医的久咳验案,从他们的理法方药中总结共性,讨论久咳的病因病机与致病过程。结论:迁延性久咳多以外感证为主,而非常规以内伤为主。同时归纳出清肃肺气、辛散祛邪的总治则,针对病案中外寒内饮、外热内寒以及痰饮伏肺的区别,分别用不同的治法方药辨证治疗。

Objective： To discuss the treatment experience of persistent chronic cough caused by external factors and explain the treatment principles and methods. Methods ： Through analyzing chronic cough cases of four famous physicians： ZHOU Zhongying, GAO Tisan, LIU Zhiming, JIAO Shude, the general treatment was summarized from four aspects ： theories, methods, formulae and herbs. Consequently, it was to discuss the etiology and pathogenesis and pathogenic process of chronic cough. Conclusion ： The persistent chronic cough is mainly caused by external factors, and the unconventional case is cased by internal factor. The treatment principle should be clearing lung-Qi and eliminating pathogen by pungent drugs. According to the difference syndromes, different therapy and formulae were used based on syndrome differentiation.
