目的:探讨从脾论治过敏性紫癜肾炎。方法:从过敏性紫癜肾炎的发病机制、治疗及其与脾脏生理病理关系进行论述。结论:脾虚是过敏性紫癜肾炎发病的重要机制,从脾论治具有必要性。

Objective ： To explore the treatment of allergic purpura nephritis from spleen. Method ： It is discussed from pathogenesis and therapy of allergic purpura nephritis and its relationship with physiology and pathology of spleen. Conclusion ： Deficiency of spleen is the important pathogenesis of allergic purpura nephritis and treatment from spleen is necessary.
