One case of synovial sarcoma extending from hypopharynx to thoracic segment of esophagus

To the editor： Synovial sarcoma （SS） of the head and neck is extremely rare. We present a male of 44 years old with SS extending from hypopharynx to the thoracic segment of esophagus.
