摘要
采用粉末冶金技术制备了AlCrFeNixCoCuTi(x=0.5、1.0、1.5)高熵合金,研究了Ni元素对合金组织和性能的影响。XRD分析发现,当x=0.5、1.0时,合金只有BCC和FCC两相;当x=1.5时,合金由BCC、FCC和σ相三相组成。合金的硬度均随着Ni含量的增加而降低。压缩实验发现,合金具有较好的塑性,当x=1.0时,合金的最大变形量达到最高,为24.2%,同时合金的强度较高,为1 161 MPa。
AlCrFeNixCoCuTi (x=0.5 to 1.5) high entropy alloy was prepared by the method of powder metallurgy, the effects of Ni element on microstucture, hardness and comprehensive mechanical properties were investigated by XRD, hardness testing and comprehensive experiment. The results show that the constitutent phases of the alloys change from BCC+FCC at x=0.5 to BCC+FCC+~r at x=l.5, and the hardness of three alloys decreases gradually with the increase of Ni content. The maximum fracture strength is 1 161 MPa with ductility of 24.2% when Ni content is 1.0.
