摘要
为探索镍基复合管在高酸气田工况条件下运行后性能的变化规律,对已服役的镍基825内衬复合管管段和L360QCS基管开展了相关的金相分析和硬度检测,研究了材料的拉伸性能、冲击性能、抗氢致开裂(HIC)性能、抗硫化物应力腐蚀(SSC)性能、固溶氢含量测定分析、耐腐蚀性能等的变化规律,为镍基复合管在酸性气田的应用积累了宝贵的经验。
In order to explore the change law of the performance of nickel matrix composite pipe used in the condition of high sour gas field, the metallographic analysis and hardness tests of the L360QCS based tube and the nickel based 825 liner tube in service were carded out, and the change law of the performances was studied, such as tensile properties, impact resistance, resistance to hydrogen induced cracking (HIC), resistance to sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSC), determination and analysis on solid solution hydrogen content, corrosion resistance, and so on, which accumulates valuable experience for the application of nickel based composite pipe in acid gas field.
