摘要
针对壳体零件在浇注过程中易产生缩松、缩孔、卷气、冷隔、夹渣等缺陷的问题,运用AnyCasting铸造模拟软件对试制产品进行数值模拟分析,并基于分析结果预测铸件中存在的缺陷种类、位置和大小。通过分析缺陷情况实施相应优化措施,为实际生产提供参考,将缺陷影响降至最小程度。
Aimed at the problems of existing casting defects, such as shrinkage, dispersed shrinkage, gas entrapment, cold shut, slag inclusion and so on, in shell parts according to improper casting process, the Anycasting software was used to simulate and analyze the flow field and the temperature field in the trial products, and the type, location and size of the defect in the casting were predicted based on the analysis result. Then the casting process is optimized based on the defect analysis, which provides a reference for practical production, and the effect of the defect can be minimized.
