摘要
利用球墨铸铁同质焊条,在合理的焊接工艺措施和工艺参数下,对汽车发动机曲轴进行补焊和堆焊修复。结果证明:采用球墨铸铁同质焊条对发动机曲轴进行修复,焊缝与母材之间具有良好的过渡及结合,没有出现白口组织;焊接修复区的硬度比母材略高,能够满足曲轴构件的使用要求。该技术既可以对裂纹进行补焊修复,也可以对磨损轴颈进行堆焊修复。
Using nodular cast iron homogeneous electrode, the crankshafts used in automobile engine were repaired by welding and surfacing in reasonable welding technology measures and process parameters. The results show that, using the homogeneous electrode of nodular cast iron repaired crankshafts, a good transition and combined appears between weld and parent metal without white structure, the hardness in welding repair zone is slightly high than parent metal, can satisfy the using demand of the crankshaft. The technology can be used to repair the crack in crankshafts, can also be used to surface for repairing the worn journal of crankshaft.
