摘要
研究了六档自动变速箱用差速器壳体铸件的铸造工艺。通过浇注系统的设计及改进,冒口的设置及变换,以及运用铸造模拟软件全程辅助设计,研究出能够批量生产出合格铸件的铸造工艺。
The casting process for differential speed case castings of six-speed automatic transmission was studied. Through the designing and the improvement of gating system, and setting and transformation of feeder, a casting process for mass production of qualified castings was developed using the casting simulation software aid.
