摘要
为了解决大型球铁缸体凝固过程中出现石墨畸变、球化级别低等问题,对影响球化率的原因进行分析,针对缸体铸造工艺、熔炼工艺、球化处理和孕育处理工艺等诸方面进行了完善,最终解决了缸体石墨畸变、球化级别低的难题,缸体球化率普遍达到了2~3级,取得了较好的经济效益。
To solve the problems of graphite distortion and low nodulatization grade during solidification of large ductile iron cylinder block, the factors that influnence the nodularity were analysised deeply. The difficulties have been solved by improving the following aspects: casting process, melting process, nodularizing process and inoculation process. The nodularity of cylinder block castings can generally reach 2-3 grade nodularization, and some good economic benefits were achieved.
