城乡劳动力流动对省域经济增长的贡献分析——基于四川省数据的测算

Analysis of the Contribution Made by Labour Mobility to Economic Development of the Provinces——Based on the Data of Sichuan Province

随着改革开放进程的加快,农村剩余劳动力不断向城市转移,城乡劳动力流动对区域经济影响日益增强。在新经济增长理论基础上,用C-D生产函数形式设定劳动力流动模型,从劳动力在不同所有制间流动的角度,运用1999～2010年四川省相关统计数据测度实证分析劳动力流动对省域经济发展的影响,结果表明:分析期内,流动劳动力对四川经济增长的年均贡献率为4.83%。

With the fast development in reform and opening to the outside, the centralized purchase of farm produce by the State according to the fixed quotes has been changed, and redundant labour forces in the rural areas are mobilized into cities, which increasingly influence the regional economy. From the perspective of the mobilization of labour forces in between the different ownership systems, the authors analyze the influence empirically with the new economical growth rationale and the labour mobility model established in the form of C-D production function. Relevant statistical data of Sichuan Province from 1999 to 2010 are adopted in the analysis. The results indicate that labour mobility~ contribution to the economic development of Sichuan Province accounts for 4.83% annually in the period.
