摘要
运用行为事件访谈法和问卷调查法对长沙大学城三所重点大学的思想政治教育工作专家、一线辅导员、在校本科生和硕士研究生进行实证调研,对调研数据作探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,结果表明:高校辅导员能力素质包括工作技能素质、专业知识素质、政治素养和人格特质素质4个方面;且政治素养和个人素质在高校辅导员能力素质结构中最为重要。
By using BEI （ behavior event interview） and questionnaires, this paper takes the experts in political and ideological education, counselors, college students and postgraduate students of three key universities in Changsha as objects of empirical study, and analyze the exploratory and confirmatory factors. The research results indicate that the competency of the college counselors include 4 aspects of working skills, professional knowledge, ideological and political state and personality. Among these aspects, ideological and political state and personal qualities are the most important ones for the structure of ability and quality for the college counselors.
